A flexible, no-pressure way to work with me.
At your own pace and at your convenience.
The Breath Circle is a specialty class focused on functional breathing patterns that support a fuller, more balanced breath. We’ll also use simple somatic movements to help prepare the body for breathing by releasing unnecessary tension and creating more space through the ribs, spine, and diaphragm so the breath can move more easily.
From Students..“The mix of experiential practices, written content, and downloadable resources makes everything feel accessible and well-rounded.”
