Somatic movement before bed is a powerful way to offload the stress and tension that builds during the day, helping you wake up refreshed, flexible, and resilient. Somatics Afterdark is designed to reset your parasympathetic "rest and digest" nervous system from the comfort of your space before bed.

Breath+Energy Circle Online
Join us for 60 minutes of conscious breath, somatic awareness, and energy work to clear what’s stuck, calm your nervous system, and invite freedom from the inside out.

SLOW: A Somatic Yoga In-Person
Join me at Sweet Apple Yoga Studio on the 4th Wednesday of every month to unwind, reset, and restore through a nourishing blend of Somatics, Yoga, and breathwork.
