About Nicole

Nicole Lindauer is a graduate of The Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training, where she’s trained in both Somatic Yoga Education and Clinical Somatic Education. She’s also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master.

Having lived with multiple autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and C-PTSD, she deeply understands the challenges of navigating physical and emotional struggles, as well as the sense of disconnection often felt within the body. Through evidence-based mind-body practices, she has discovered transformative tools to reconnect, restore her vitality, and fully embrace life.

She is passionate about sharing these tools and creating a nurturing environment where students and clients feel empowered to recognize and embrace their inherent potential. With compassionate guidance, she helps them navigate physical, mental, and emotional challenges using evidence-based practices that promote self-generated healing and a deep sense of inner connection.

“ A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself. ”

- Maryam Hasnaa
