Breathwork Holds the Power to Transform the Way You Feel.

Your breath can be one of the most powerful self-healing tools to facilitate massive change. Experience a shift today.

Breathwork is Healing

Breathing is the only automatic process in our bodies that we can control. With every breath, self-empowerment is available to you. Your breath can be one of your most powerful self-healing tools, helping to facilitate massive change from the inside out.

The breath is a powerful tool. Yet, most of us have never learned to breathe properly. Instead, we tend to breathe from our chest cavity, called shallow breathing. Breathing this way causes a cascade of physiological responses which signals to your body that you are in a continuous state of stress. Long-term shallow breathing has been linked to chronic fatigue, anxiety disorders, cardiovascular issues, headaches, and neuromuscular tension to name a few.

Since breathing is central to life and linked to every function of your body, it’s no wonder that different breathwork practices have been utilized for their healing purposes for thousands of years. Research shows a variety of benefits that intentional breathing (including diaphragmatic breathing, yogic breathing, conscious connected breathing, etc.) may provide for people experiencing physical, emotional, mental conditions and concerns.

Breathwork is Intentional

The beauty of intentional breathing is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and the benefits are vastly personal.

I provide therapeutic and functional breathwork sessions and programs based on personal needs. Through these personalized sessions, I guide clients in utilizing breathwork techniques to promote relaxation, manage stress, and improve overall mental and physical health.

You are met right where you are, and as a team, we establish the safety required so that you may become aware of your current breathing patterns. So that you can experientially learn how to breathe more fully and unwind from pain, fatigue, stuck emotions, and stress within your nervous system.

You’ll discover and develop breathing patterns and practices that most support you in creating the conditions to move energy and free up space for change and clarity.

What to expect from a Breathwork session/program:

  • Uncover your current breathing patterns and how they may be affecting you.

  • Experientially learn breath patterns that fit your needs to help you reset and self-regulate.

  • Play with movement that builds better breathing.

  • Release stress, tension, and stuck emotions.

  • Takeaway new tools to incorporate that help support your well-being.
