As a trauma-informed facilitator, I integrate principles from Clinical Somatics, Somatic Yoga, functional breathwork, and subtle energy practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. My approach is rooted in evidence-informed methodologies and shaped by extensive training in somatic education and mind-body integration.
What Every Somatic Session Includes:

Postural and somatic mapping
Nervous system baseline evaluation
Pattern recognition + awareness training
Movement-based and/or hands-on neuromuscular repatterning
Nervous system pacing and breath support
Emotional attunement
Follow-up email support & personalized guidance in between sessions

Reiki and breathwork can be booked as stand-alone sessions. These sessions focus on energy balancing, nervous system decompression, and deep rest.

Private Psychedelic Preparation + Integration Programs & Microdosing Support (Reno-Tahoe Area + Online)
This offering provides one-on-one preparation, integration, and/or microdosing guidance & support to help individuals feel steady, informed, and connected throughout their process. Sessions address all layers of the experience through the EMBARK model, blending somatic support, emotional grounding, mindfulness, and meaning-making to help each person navigate their journey with clarity and care.
