Why a Weekly Breath Circle?

In a world that moves fast, our weekly Somatic Circle invites you to move differently: to slow down enough to feel. It's an invitation to sense more deeply, to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. By slowing down, we create space for restoring ease within the nervous system, shifting from a state of chronic tension to one of relaxed awareness. This gentle approach encourages the body to release held patterns and rediscover its natural balance.

Why a Weekly Practice Matters?

The nervous system learns through consistency and safety, not intensity. When we move slowly and regularly, the brain remaps old patterns, stress melts more easily, and resilience becomes second nature. A weekly class helps you stay connected to your body, supported by rhythm, repetition, and community.

Circle Overview

Starting on May 8th, the Weekly Breath Circle will be held online via Zoom each Friday at 7:00 AM PT in a small, consistent group setting.

Each month includes four live 25-minute sessions focused on breathing and nervous system regulation.

This is a simple, steady space to reset your system at the end of the week and move into the weekend feeling clearer and more settled.

About the work

The Breath Circle is a specialty class focused on functional breathing patterns that support a fuller, more balanced breath.

We’ll also use simple somatic movements to help prepare the body for breathing by releasing unnecessary tension and creating more space through the ribs, spine, and diaphragm so the breath can move more easily.

From there, we’ll explore how the breath moves through the body, how it influences your nervous system, and how small shifts can help regulate oxygen and CO₂ more effectively.

This isn’t intense breathwork. It’s grounded and accessible, and designed to help your system reorganize without force.

Pricing

Most specialty breathwork or nervous system classes range from $30–$100 per session, which adds up to $100–$ 140 per month for weekly practice.

The full series is available for $49 per month, keeping the work accessible while still providing you with consistent support.

Drop-ins are available for $15 if you’d prefer to join when you can.

Nicole Lindauer is a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator and Somatic Yoga & Breathwork Teacher based in Reno–Tahoe. Her work integrates neuroscience, movement education, and trauma-informed principles to help people reconnect to their bodies and cultivate lasting ease. Dedicated to guiding individuals toward sustainable wellbeing, she weaves scientific understanding with intuitive wisdom to create a safe and supportive space for exploring the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
