Moving somatically is self-generated, self-regulating, self-empowering, and most importantly, available to everyone of all abilities. The practice re-patterns reflexive movement patterns, re-establishes your baseline and deepens embodied awareness.

Nicole Lindauer is a Reno, Nevada native, born and raised in the beautiful Truckee Meadows. She is a Somatic Yoga Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master who specializes in Somatic Yoga and Breathwork.
