Nicole offers personalized therapeutic and functional breathwork sessions and programs tailored to individual needs. In these customized sessions, she assists clients in applying breathwork techniques to enhance relaxation, cope with stress, and enhance their overall mental and physical well-being.

Nicole Lindauer is a Reno, Nevada native, born and raised in the beautiful Truckee Meadows. She is a Somatic Yoga Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master. Her passion lies in educating and empowering others with mind-body tools and practices such as Somatic Yoga and Breathwork. She offers private IN-PERSON and ONLINE Somatic Yoga, Clinical Somatics, and Breathwork services.
