Nicole Lindauer is a Reno native, born and raised in the Truckee Meadows. She works with clients across the Reno-Sparks area and northern Nevada, people navigating the particular pressures of this region: the isolation, the seasonal shifts, the pace of a city that's changing fast. Breathwork classes and private sessions are available in-person in Reno and online for clients outside the area.

Breathwork is a direct route to your nervous system. Intentional breathing shifts how your body processes stress, tension, and emotion, and those effects are accessible from the first session.

Breath practices have been utilized for thousands of years, and research shows various benefits that intentional breathing (including diaphragmatic breathing, yogic breathing, conscious connected breathing, etc.) may provide for people experiencing physical, emotional, and mental imbalances and concerns.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to breathwork, and each session is designed specifically for you.
Nicole offers personalized therapeutic and functional breathwork sessions and programs tailored to individual needs. In these customized sessions, she assists clients in applying breathwork techniques to enhance relaxation, cope with stress, and enhance their overall mental and physical well-being.

Nicole is a Clinical Somatic Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master. Her passion lies in educating and empowering others with mind-body tools and practices such as Somatic Yoga and Breathwork. She offers private in-person and online breathwork sessions in Reno and beyond.
