A Path of Presence
6-Week Somatic & Psychedelic Integration Program · Oct. 7th - Nov. 11th 2025 · Inaugural Group
If you’ve been feeling out of sync with yourself, disconnected, stuck, or sensing that something inside is ready to shift, this is a space to come home.
A Path of Presence is a 6-week group journey to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give your nervous system the time and space it needs to reset.
We’ll step into the somatic dimension and discover the language of your body from the inside out. Through movement, breath, sensory awareness, reflection, and sincere intentions, you’ll begin creating new neural pathways. Pathways that carry presence, safety, and trust. Along the way, we’ll prepare for a psychedelic ceremony that can open these pathways further and deepen your path.
This is an invitation to move at a pace your body can trust, and to step into a way of being that feels more like you.
What you’ll Experience
You’ll join a small, inaugural group of like-minded humans coming together to unwind what’s been held inside. Over six weeks, you’ll slow down enough to reconnect with your body’s language, explore powerful yet gentle movement to release, breathe to soften, and engage in sensory awareness practices to deepen your relationship with yourself from the inside out.
You’ll be supported by a steady group as new pathways toward ease, safety, and trust begin to open. A ceremony will deepen the process, and you’ll leave with tools and ways of being you can carry forward long after we close.
Is This for You?
This journey may be right for you if:
• You're moving through grief, burnout, or a transition

• You’re curious about working with psychedelics, but want a safe, supportive space
• You're craving a nervous-system approach that’s slow and embodied
• You’re ready to move from survival into something softer
You don’t need prior experience with psychedelics or somatic practices, only a willingness to be with yourself.

Setas Ceremony
The ceremony will take place at Setas Seminary’s retreat center, nestled in the high desert of Northern Nevada. This stunning space is also the home of Seta’s co-founder, Pam Conboy, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and curated spaces for rest and reflection.
You’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space held by Leah Linder and Nicole Lindauer, with care taken to ensure you feel grounded and prepared. After receiving the medicine, participants are invited to explore the land, soak in the hot tub, try the cold plunge bath, or rest in one of the cozy spaces provided. Art supplies and instruments will be available to support creative expression and integration throughout the day.
We will be there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The day will include guided practices to help you settle in, moments of silence to listen inward, and gentle touch or support offered with consent.
We will close with an integration circle and nourishing meal before heading back.
Transportation to and from the ceremony site will be provided.
Why We Believe In This Work
A Path of Presence brings together somatics, introceptive training, and psychedelic-assisted work in a trauma-informed space where you can slow down, explore, and listen deeply to your body. Each of these approaches is known to create lasting shifts on its own.
Together, they offer the possibility for change that feels both powerful and deeply rooted.
Psilocybin Therapy
Synthesizing the key findings from the studies on psilocybin, it is evident that psilocybin therapy holds significant promise for treating a range of psychiatric disorders, including depression and anxiety. reference
Interoceptive Training
A 2024 study found that interoceptive training reduced anxiety and strengthened key brain circuits for resilience and emotional regulation. While preliminary, this research highlights the powerful links between body awareness and mental health. reference
Somatics
A pilot study found promising outcomes in that somatic movement practices enhance body awareness, improve emotional regulation, and create greater self-compassion. reference
A Small, Inaugural Group
This is the first offering of A Path of Presence. The group will be intentionally kept small and intimate, so each person has space to feel seen, supported, and gently guided through the process.
You’ll also help shape this container for future offerings. If you feel the pull, this is your window to step in.
What others are saying about working with Nicole Lindauer and Setas Seminary
-
Working with Nicole has been a game changer for me. I can actually connect what I’m feeling to what’s happening in my body, which makes it so much easier to work through it instead of shutting down. I feel more in control, but in a way that’s gentle and kind to myself.

The small group intention aligned ceremony expereince went way beyond what I expected! the safety, the love, and the food could not have been better. I still feel like I'm floating on a cloud three days later.
