Update: Enrollment For Our Spring 2026 Cohort is open. EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS ON 2/10
A Path of Presence
6-Week Somatic & Psychedelic Integration Program · Next Enrollment is OPEN NOW
If you’ve been feeling out of sync with yourself, disconnected, stuck, or sensing that something inside is ready to shift, this is a space to come home.
A Path of Presence is a 6-week group journey to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give your nervous system the time and space it needs to reset.
We’ll step into the somatic dimension and discover the language of your body from the inside out. Through movement, breath, sensory awareness, reflection, and sincere intentions, you’ll begin creating new neural pathways. Pathways that carry presence, safety, and trust. Along the way, we’ll prepare for a psychedelic ceremony that can open these pathways further and deepen your path.
This is an invitation to move at a pace your body can trust, and to step into a way of being that feels more like you.
What you’ll Experience
You’ll join a small group of like-minded humans coming together to unwind what’s been held inside. Over six weeks, you’ll slow down enough to reconnect with your body’s language, explore powerful yet gentle movement to release, breathe to soften, and engage in sensory awareness practices to deepen your relationship with yourself from the inside out.
You’ll be supported by a steady group as new pathways toward ease, safety, and trust begin to open. A ceremony will deepen the process, and you’ll leave with tools and ways of being you can carry forward long after we close.
Is This for You?
This journey may be right for you if:
• You're moving through grief, burnout, or a transition
• You’ve felt disconnected from your body or emotions
• You’re curious about working with psychedelics, but want a safe, supportive space
• You're craving a nervous-system approach that’s slow and embodied
• You’re ready to move from survival into something softer
This program may not be the right fit if:
• You’re currently in acute crisis and need immediate clinical or emergency support
• You’re looking for a quick fix
• You’re not open to working with the body, sensation, and emotional awareness
• You’re seeking a highly individualized, one-on-one level of support throughout the program (please reach out for private programs at nicole@nicolelindauer.com)
• You’re uncomfortable receiving support within a group container or contributing to shared group presence
• You’re not able to commit time, presence, and personal responsibility to the full arc of the process
You don’t need prior experience with psychedelics or somatic practices, only a willingness to be with yourself.

You’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space held by Leah Linder and Nicole Lindauer, with care taken to ensure you feel grounded and prepared. Why We Believe In This Work
A Path of Presence brings together somatics, introceptive training, and psychedelic-assisted work in a trauma-informed space where you can slow down, explore, and listen deeply to your body. Each of these approaches is known to create lasting shifts on its own.
Together, they offer the possibility for change that feels both powerful and deeply rooted.
Psilocybin Therapy
Synthesizing the key findings from the studies on psilocybin, it is evident that psilocybin therapy holds significant promise for treating a range of psychiatric disorders, including depression and anxiety. reference
Interoceptive Training
A 2024 study found that interoceptive training reduced anxiety and strengthened key brain circuits for resilience and emotional regulation. While preliminary, this research highlights the powerful links between body awareness and mental health. reference
Somatics
A pilot study found promising outcomes in that somatic movement practices enhance body awareness, improve emotional regulation, and create greater self-compassion. reference
A Path of Presence Program
MAIA2 Outcomes From the Previous Cohort
Participants who completed both the initial and final MAIA2 surveys showed meaningful gains in the areas that matter most for psychedelic preparation and integration. These changes reflect a deeper ability to sense, regulate, and trust their internal world.
Cohort Averages (MAIA2)
Emotional Awareness: 3.4 → 3.9
Attention Regulation: 2.79 → 3.35
Self-Regulation: 4.0 → 4.75
Body Listening: 2.83 → 3.67
Trust: 3.84 → 4.15
What This Means
These shifts point to:
clearer emotional sensing
more steady attention
stronger internal regulation
deeper connection to bodily cues
greater trust in inner guidance
What is the MAIA2?
The Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA2) is a validated research tool used to measure how a person experiences and relates to sensations inside their body. Rather than tracking symptoms or performance, it explores qualities such as emotional awareness, attention to bodily signals, self-regulation, and trust in internal cues.
In somatic and psychedelic-assisted work, these capacities are essential. They support nervous system stability, emotional processing, and the ability to integrate experiences in a grounded and embodied way.
A note on these results
Every person’s system responds in its own way. The MAIA2 reflects changes in internal awareness rather than achievement or performance. These results offer a glimpse of what can shift when we work directly with the body and nervous system in a supportive relational field. Individual experiences will vary, and each participant’s process is honored as unique.
A Small, Intimate Group
The group is intentionally kept small and intimate so each person has space to feel seen, supported, and gently guided through the process. Each cohort is limited to 5–10 participants.
If you feel the pull, this is your window to step in.
What others are saying about A Path of Presence Program
-
The program was so timely for me and has really helped me focus on finding some new pathways. I was looking for a bit of structure and this was the perfect balance of organized activities building up to an amazing and intentional journey. As an introvert it allowed me to ease into the experience without feeling overwhelmed. Absolutely a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who is exploring new pathways. The support provided made the process so inviting. I cannot say enough positive things. This is the way!

The container created within this program from beginning to end by the facilitators is beyond loving, nurturing and safe. From the pre journey somatic movement and getting to know the others in the cohort weeks in advanced of our journey to the infusion of love and support on the day of, culminating in the post journey with more somatic movement and gatherings to assist in integration. The plant medicine and environment created in this program helped me gain a deeper sense of my inherent value and worth while also transmuting and healing some old wounds. I feel like I went through a portal. Now, on the other side, I definitely feel more expanded and free. I personally highly recommend this experience and program .
